Activities Fair?

I imagine the rest of you have gotten the same e-mail about the activities fair this Saturday.  Only 14 organizations are there...Do people want to go?  It might look good for our group if we show up.  Apparently they have over 400 prospective students RSVPed to attend. 

I am thinking about volunteering to help out, as they have offered lunch, and we all know how much of a mooch I am.  But do we want them to meet more than a soon-to-depart-Mike-James?

I also didnt get the email. I may or may not be able to attend as I kinda have to work that day and have a house guest coming.

Hello Everyone,
 
It’s not too late to RSVP for the November Showcase! If you would like your organization to be represented on Saturday, please respond to this e-mail ASAP! I only have 14 organizations RSVPed… That is definitely not an accurate representation of all of the organizations here on campus.
 
The Activities Fair runs from 1-2, but you would need to start arriving at about 12:40 to start setting up. The families may start arriving early.
 
When you respond, I will need to know the name and e-mail address of your contact person. I will be sending an reminder e-mail to this person later in the week.
